Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding or using Invictus Tracker ("the Bot") in any Discord server, you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Bot.

2. Service Description

The Bot provides invite tracking and community growth features for Discord servers, including:

• Invite creation and tracking
• User contribution leaderboards
• Competition functionality
• Analytical reporting

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

As a user of the Bot, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and Discord's Terms of Service
• Use the Bot only for its intended purposes
• Not engage in any form of abuse, including spamming or automated queries
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Bot
• Not use the Bot to harass, discriminate, or harm others

Server administrators are solely responsible for all activities that occur under their server's use of the Bot.

4. Service Limitations

The Bot is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of tracking data
• Compatibility with all Discord clients or servers
• Continued availability of any specific feature

5. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• User disputes or server issues arising from Bot usage

Important Notice: Server administrators assume full responsibility for how they implement and use the Bot's features in their communities. We are not accountable for any consequences resulting from the Bot's use in your server, including but not limited to user disputes, server management issues, or violations of Discord's guidelines.

6. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our support server and via the Bot's update notifications. Your continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Bot for any user or server that:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Engages in abusive or illegal activities
• Compromises service stability or security

Terminated users must cease all use of the Bot and may not attempt to circumvent access restrictions.

8. Governing Law
